Life often presents us with seemingly impossible circumstances – broken marriages, health crises, persistent struggles, or shattered dreams. Yet these hopeless situations are exactly where God wants to meet us. The story of Zacharias and Elizabeth teaches us that faithful people still face impossible circumstances, but we serve a God who specializes in the impossible. God wastes nothing in our lives, using every hardship for His glory and our good through the sanctification process. When facing impossible situations, we can trust God through five expressions of faith: living a holy life, committing to prayer, trusting His timing, trusting His power, and living a surrendered life. Sometimes we don’t see God’s intervention because we’re living for ourselves rather than for Him, hindering our ability to experience His power in our circumstances.
