The Most Excellent Way provides “support group” type meetings for men and women. All our meetings are based on God’s Word and are teaching environments for people who are or have struggled with addiction. We also welcome and encourage anyone who is affected by addictive behavior to attend our meetings. You will find the love and support that you need to effectively learn how to not just deal with someone but help them as well. We meet each Thursday evening at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Through small confidential groups, Pure Desire Ministries provides men and women the opportunity to take back their lives from unwanted sexual behavior and betrayal trauma. At First Baptist Chipley, we offer a Pure Desire group for men.

Pure Desire is a small group that helps men work through sexual addiction. This group equips men to walk in repentance, live in purity, and experience freedom from addiction. Groups meet weekly and new groups start every year. If you are interested in joining Pure Desire, please complete the form.

In partnership with the West Florida Baptist Association, this ministry provides a safe, loving environment to share the hope of Jesus Christ, to celebrate life, and to care for families through pregnancy resources, biblical instruction, parenting education and post-abortion healing. The program offers physical, emotional and spiritual support providing for immediate needs while equipping clients and knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful parent.
