During our upcoming business meeting, church members will review and vote on key recommendations from two church teams:

1. Personnel Team Recommendations

To better support our growing families, the Personnel Team recommends restructuring our current Children’s Ministry into two dedicated ministries:

• Preschool Ministry: Led by Ms. Anne as Preschool Ministry Director (no changes to current salary or benefits).

• Children’s Ministry: Led by Mrs. Heather as Children’s Ministry Director (with an adjustment/increase in salary and benefits).

2. Board of Trustees Recommendations

The Trustees present the following property and facility recommendations for member approval:

• Property Acquisition & Lease: Authorize the purchase of a new property and the subsequent leasing of this property to the Duncan family.

• 5th Street Property: Reacquire the 5th Street property previously donated to the Duncan family.

• Hwy 90 Property: List the Hwy 90 property for sale once the Hingson family has completed their transition into their new home.
